What is your MOQ?
Normally, the MOQ is a 40HQ container. It is acceptable to mix loading with 2-3 models in a container, with each model requiring 10-20 sets. Smaller order quantities may be accepted but will increase production costs and unit pricing.
How long is your delivery time?
It depends on your order quantity. Normally, the standard lead time is 35 working days.
What is the warranty policy?
Rattan items are guaranteed for at least 3 years, and some Textilene items for 2 years. Warranty varies by environment and use, and does not cover damage caused by improper application or abusive usage.
Can I leave my cushions outside?
In light rain, cushions can stay outside. In heavy rain, storage is recommended. QDF (Quick Dry Foam) cushions dry in about 30 minutes. High-density foam cushions should be cleaned and air-dried before storage.
Are the product colors customizable?
Yes, the colors for our furniture frames and fabrics are optional and can be customized to meet your specific design requirements.
