Do you accept custom orders?
Yes, we can customize products 100% based on your designs, sizes, and details. Custom work is highly welcomed, including unique specifications or drawings you provide.
What payment methods are accepted?
We primarily accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) through your local bank. We also accept Western Union payments for your convenience.
Can I monitor the production process?
Yes. We keep our clients updated with production photos. Products are only packed once we receive your final approval on the finished items.
What are the shipping options?
We offer three methods: Express Delivery for speed (4-5 business days), Airport-to-Airport for rapid delivery of large batches, and Seaport-to-Seaport, which is the most cost-effective method for heavy sculptures (approx. 4 weeks).
How is the product installed?
We provide detailed installation drawings. Each part is marked with a unique number that corresponds to the instructions for a seamless setup process.
