What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Usually the MOQ is 500 pieces per design, but it is negotiable. Small trial orders are acceptable with a slightly adjusted price.
Can I request samples before placing an order?
Yes. Stock samples or simple samples can be free. For painted or logo-customized samples, a sample cost is usually collected. Delivery takes 3-5 days for simple items and 6-8 days for customized items.
What kind of certificates can you provide?
We offer all necessary China customs certificates including Certificate of Origin (CO), Phytosanitary Certificate (PC), Fumigation Certificates, as well as FSC and ISO certifications.
How is the price calculated?
Prices are calculated based on dimensions, styles, order quantity, wood/wicker type, color, and logo requirements.
What is the production lead time?
It typically takes about 20 to 25 days for small quantities and approximately 30 days for regular quantities or painted items.
What payment methods and trade terms do you accept?
We accept T/T, Credit Insurance, Paypal, Western Union, and L/C. Trade terms include EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, and DDP depending on your shipping needs.
